I suspect she chose not to seat us by the window I requested, because she had a table dedicated to rolling silverware, reading a book for entertainment, and attending to her cell phone that was sitting on top. But that's just speculation.

I'd have rated higher, but the hostess / waitress (only one in the joint) was astoundingly rude. The restaurant was empty, save for two gentlemen at their own individual tables. She set down menus at a booth, but when I requested a spot nearby a window that overlooked our car, to watch over our dog (that was stressed out, sick, and lethargic from 4 days of an 1800mile drive from Florida), to which she said no, pointed at the table and told us we would sit there. Astonished and tired, I could only muster "WOW!...ok.." She seemed to realise she was out of line, but covered it up poorly by saying, "It's just a dog. It will be fine." She attempted to serve us better, but fell short. I would have had to fill my own beverage (but the ice was behind the server station), I did have to get my own syrup for the french toast, and had to ask for a refill thereafter, because she didn't autonomously fill empty glasses.

Came in after seeing a small sign for tacos and the server recommended the ribs.I'm Glad I ordered them because they were by far the BEST ribs I've ever had and they were falling off the bone! I couldn't of had better service. Drinks were refilled half full and the steamed veggies were amazing. Best service, very efficient and we'll worth every dollar. I wish they had this restaurant back home.

Good cooking, good quality food, prices are fair, clean & tidy, best of all it was quiet, not like the places filled with tourist hype. Met the cook, talked about certain cooking techniques, he knows his stuff!

The food was pretty good. I had the french toast combo ($8.99), while my bf had the steak & eggs ($12.99). His steak was a bit tough, and had no spices / rub on it, but adding some butter / S&P made it work.

We had none people in our group a variety of food. All of our orders were correct as well as very tasty. The salad bar was small but everything on it was wonderful from fresh fruit vegetables to the chili. We will definitely go back when we are in the area.

We pulled into town late and saw this place. First off it was confusing if it was a Travelers restaurant with Specials like Hamburger or 2 tacos or if it was a BBQ place. Went in and the atmosphere is very dry and uninviting. My boyfriend said the tacos were amazing, but I got an 11oz Chopped Angus Beef steak. It was a hamburger with mashed potatoes and veggies for 13.99. I thought Hamburger Patty's are by the pound and steaks are by oz...? All and all, I wouldn't recommend...
